Spice up your text logos


Today I would like to share a basic technique on how you can improve your text logo look.
You can do this with any graphic design editor for example : gimp, photoshop, adobe fireworks, coreldraw and so on.

The first step is to write the title of your text logo in what ever font of your choice. Make sure to make you font nice and big in size.

The second step is to make a thick border or outline around your text, because the thicker the border the easier it would be to design around it.

Third step is for you to use the border you created as a platform to enhance you text by adding splatters or creating graphics that will bend in with your border colour. For example the image above is an example of what I am talking about.
